STRANASKA^® CA2M 790 – Spectrophotometer UV Calibration Kit
This reference material artifact is intended for the metrological qualification and/or verification of molecular absorption spectrophotometers in the ultraviolet (UV) region of the electromagnetic spectrum. It consists of solid filters only so it is appropriate for analytical technicians or engineers who prefer not to have to handle fragile solution/cuvette filters. The kit is comprised of one (1) holmium oxide glass filter for wavelength accuracy testing, one (1) cutoff edge glass filter for testing for the presence of stray radiant energy (SRE) or stray light, and two (2) metal-on-quartz filters having nominal transmittance densities of 0.5 and 1.0, each of which is certified at wavelengths corresponding to the same wavelengths that potassium dichromate solution/cuvette filters are certified.
